| Marine survey done 12/07/07.Surveyor's comments; "Boat is in above average condition and very well maintained". The interior of boat was completely "gutted" and rebuilt by a licensed home builder in Feb. 2007, including flooring, insulation, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, appliances, refitting windows, carpeting, 20 gal. hot water heater, propane/gas stove, sinks, cabinets, shower stall, 2 ton A/C unit, new decking fore, aft and bridge, etc. Exterior completely repainted October, 2008. Volvo Penta 140 HP completely rebuilt May 2008 (33 hours on engine and have records of professional and licensed contractors who did work). 7.5 gas Kohler generator, 50 amp, 120/240 electrical system.
